After many problems and trauma, I managed to visit France. Just wanted to say that I am back now, safe and sound. I’ll write in detail in the next post because I am really tired right now. Gotta get some rest.

hey everyone, almost finished my 1st month of my 2006 diet. Phendimetrazine does control my appetite and I’ve lost 8lbs. On on the treadmill 5 days and walking the dog briskly at night.
