The best and worst dressed ladies at Apsara Awards 2010
The Best
Ms. Jaitley made a great choice with this sari. Looking very elegant.
Love that green sari on Mrs. Bachchan. She looks very put together with the sari and jewelery.
Ms. Padukone looked like a million bucks with her very pretty sari and simplistic jewelery. Loved her look.
Ms. Mirza almost never fails to amaze. Her soft sari, curls and no jewelery look was a sure-shot hit.
Here’s another simple but elegant look from Ms. Arun. Loved her hair and how her jewelery went so well with her dress.
The Worst
As if the shredded effect at the bottom wasn’t enough, Ms. Malvade had to go with a dress with a weird hole in the middle. The color isn’t very flattering on her either.
Oh Kajol, why? The suit was ill-fitted and the color was just too drab on her. The hair don’t help the look either.
The color of Urvashi’s dress was dowdy to begin with but the black at the bottom makes it even more drab. Also wish she had went with a no jewelery look, would’ve worked much better with the detail on her gown.
Athought, it was a good attempt at trying something fresh, this look falls flat for me. I don’t think anything works for this look.
That color is very pretty on Ms. Godse but the actual dress is just strange the way it fits, especially in the bottom half. Although, I love that she’s keeping it simple by not wearing any jewelery, I think she should’ve went with just a couple of bracelets instead of so many.
